By creating a Clientelle account you agree to these terms. Clientelle provides software that helps you capture, organise and follow up business enquiries.

Subscription

Clientelle is charged at £9.99 per month. Your subscription renews monthly until cancelled.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access until then.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Use enquiry data lawfully and only to serve your own clients.
• Do not use Clientelle to send unsolicited messages.

Service scope

Clientelle is not a booking, calendar or payment system and does not process appointments on your behalf. You remain responsible for delivering your services and for the accuracy of prices you publish.

Availability

We work to keep Clientelle available and secure, but the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.

Changes

We may update these terms. Where changes are material we will notify account holders before they take effect.
